Frequently Asked Questions

TPH Global first created EzyPO over 20 years ago as the world’s first digital ordering system to replace paper order books for film and television production.
Currently Australia and the UK, with more on the horizon.
EzyPO is still available to use with Eclipse, though now it has been replaced by it’s big brother – DPF (Digital Paper Flow).
Eclipse is our full production accounting solution built specifically to cater to the film and television industry. Eclipse now integrates with DPF to create a fully digital end-to-end system. While it is still a highly regarded and much loved software platform for Production Accountants, we may just have some exciting news that will take it to new heights in 2023/24.
DPF stands for Digital Paper Flow. To enhance our end users experience, we have endeavoured to make and incredibly comprehensive solution easy and simple to use. It can be customised according to how you like to work, and we are constantly adding to our instructional videos to show you how to do different things on the platform.
Any debit or credit card can be supported through the ability to upload data from a CSV file. If you can export transactional data out of your debit or credit card, you can import it directly into DPF.

The Digital Paper Flow Mobile App is available on Apple iOS and Android Devices from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store by searching for Digital Paper Flow Mobile.

The mobile app allows you to Draft, Approve and view all Purchase Orders.

If your production is setup for it, the mobile app also allows you to View and Approve Invoices (but not Draft an Invoice).

During the approval process, the Approver has the opportunity to make changes to the chart of accounts code, Flags and PO details description.  

If there are other details to amend it is best to reject the order and have the operator who drafted the order make these changes and resend for approval. 

If you would like to use Freelance Portal for timecards, and then approve them in DPF, we can arrange this for you. We would simply need you to raise a ticket, and provide your Production Name, an example of the timecard format you would like (as an attachment), the week ending day, and the email address for timecard approvals.
