What’s New This Month
ECLIPSE
Debit Card Transactions
You can now import KNISO petty cash debit card transactions directly into Eclipse—saving time and reducing manual entry. Just follow the setup guide to configure your system defaults, adjust petty cash settings, and match vendor details for a seamless import.
See the guide here:
DIGITAL PAPER FLOW
Documents
You can now email documents directly into Eclipse—and they’ll appear as drafts in your Document module. Each email creates a single document record, with the first attachment set as the primary file.
Find your unique upload email address under User Defaults in your profile.
DIGITAL FORMS
Calculated DatesÂ
We’ve implemented the ability for users to create forms that calculate the days or weeks between two dates using various methods (Weeks, Days, Workdays, Workweeks, etc) along with considering Hiatus periods. This will give users greater flexibility when it comes to creating contracts and having fields and durations automatically calculated for you.Â
DIGITAL FORMS
Bulk Create Documents via Excel ImportÂ
Users can bulk upload multiple documents at once by filling the required data into the Excel upload template, and importing it into Digital Forms—perfect for bulk contracts like Extras or contract variations when a shoot is extended. No more creating documents one at a time.Â
