We use a small number of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help our team work more efficiently and to support the way we deliver our products and services. These tools assist with everyday internal tasks such as productivity, content support and software development. Examples include GitHub AI tools and Microsoft Copilot.
These tools simply help our staff do their jobs and provide you with the great service you’ve come to expect from us. They do not make decisions about individuals, influence outcomes for any person, or control how our products or services are delivered. Any decisions about individuals are always made by our staff.
In the limited situations where an AI tool may handle Personal Information as part of our internal work, we protect that information using the same technical and organisational controls that support our ISO 27001 certification. We do not place Personal Information or Sensitive Information into public generative AI tools.
