| EzyPO | Available to users in Australia and the United Kingdom. | EzyPO is the ‘original’ digital paperless online purchase order management system (which will be phased out and replaced with ‘DPF’ which includes this functionality into a modern new interface), and as more specifically described in the Client Agreement. |
| Digital Paper Flow (aka DPF) | Available to users in Australia and the United Kingdom. | Digital Paper Flower (aka DPF) is a fully digital, paperless workflow for Production Accounting whereby account manager users can create and approve purchase orders, invoices, expenses (Petty Cash and Debit Cards), timecards, payslips, and generic accounting and production documents, and as more specifically described in the Client Agreement. | TPH Max | Available to users in Australia and the United Kingdom. | TPH Max is the latest digital workflow system from TPH taking the leading-edge concepts in DPF and applying a new UI and massive performance enhancements to deliver the best online digital workflow available in the industry, and as more specifically described in the Client Agreement. |
| Digital Forms (aka DF) | Available to users in Australia and the United Kingdom. | Digital Forms (aka DF) is a TPH product that enables productions to create digital onboarding packs and have their employee, contractors, 3rd parties and approvers sign documents using e-signatures. Payroll contracts are uploaded into the TPH payroll system. DF also contains a document management system to deliver daily reports to crew, cast and management, and as more specifically described in the Client Agreement. | Freelance Portal | Available to users in Australia and the United Kingdom. | Freelance Portal is a TPH product where cast and crew can create digital timecards. If used with DF, data entered for their onboarding can be retained for their next agreement, and as more specifically described in the Client Agreement.
