Importing Excel templates into Eclipse is a great timesaving device for data entry. There are two types of templates, Forms or Export Templates, and both have different methods for importing which we will discuss below. They can be used for:
Forms:
- Petty Cash Form
- Journal Entry Form
- Cheque Requisition Form
- Petty Cash Fuel Entry (AU Only)
Export Templates:
- Budget Worksheet
- Chart of Accounts
- Invoice Transactions
- Purchase Order Transactions
- Journal Transactions
As a TPH Global user, you can access all of these templates through your Service Desk login. We have setup templates for these imports to make it easier for you, and to ensure the import data headers are correct.
