If your administrator has set you up to view Purchase Orders, Invoices or Expenses that you did not draft – such as POs from a certain department, or all POs that have been approved – follow this guide.
- Login to DPF
- From the Navigation Bar select Orders, Invoices or Expenses.
- Click on the View Team Ordersicon in the top left of the page
- Once you Have completed, Click the View Team Orders icon once more to hide other team members orders. If you do not Click the icon all orders will remain in the look up.
- You can then view PO’s from other members in all PO sections. These include Draft, Pending, Declined, Approved, All. This functionality also works for Invoices and Expenses.

If you have used another budgeting app then you will find Hollywood Budgets very intuitive. We have used the same terminology and features used in these other apps but have started adding in new features we always wanted.Â
If you have been using spreadsheets for budgeting, then the learning curve is a bit steeper. You are confined to the parameters of our app so you may struggle with less flexibility, but this is more than offset knowing the numbers add up and having powerful features like globals, groups, fringes and comparisons.Â
- From the Navigation Bar select Invoices.
- Select the group of the Invoices you would like to search for. These include Draft, Approve, Hold, Pending, Declined, Approved or All.
- Use the search bar and type in the supplier name and press enter. A list of results will be returned.

While spreadsheets offer flexibility, they can be cumbersome, prone to errors, and lack advanced functionalities. Hollywood Budgets tackles these limitations by:
- Preventing accidental changes: Spreadsheets are prone to formula totalling problems resulting in under budgeting. With Hollywood Budgets, totals cannot go out of balance.
- Track your changes: See variances at the detail level to identify what was changed and by how much.
- Generating industry-standard reports:Â Create easy to read industry standard reports.

Yes and no! All your budgets are stored in the cloud and the sign-in process is web based. But if you are signed in on your device and you have no internet, you will still be able to keep budgeting. Once you are reconnected to the internet you budget will be synced to the cloud.Â
Although you can import a MMB10 Advanced XML exported file into Hollywood budgets, it will not populate your globals at the detail level and will be replaced by the numeric value. This limitation is in the file exported by MMB and not the import process in Hollywood Budgets.Â
