A story Australia needs to hear – on and off the field
As footy season hits full stride, Plum brings an unflinching look at the long-term effects of concussion in contact sports. This powerful ABC limited series, created by Brendan Cowell and filmed in the heart of rugby league territory, explores the toll of repeated head injuries with raw honesty.
TPH Global was proud to support Plum through Eclipse, Digital Paper Flow, and Payroll, helping the production run as smoothly behind the scenes as it did on screen.

A chilling tale, supported by smart solutions
When it comes to psychological thrillers, Fear delivers. This gripping UK series, starring Martin Compston, dives into the unsettling world of obsession and surveillance – earning praise for its unnerving intensity and standout performances.
TPH Global supported the production of Fear with Eclipse, Digital Paper Flow, and Payroll, providing the finance and production teams with the tools they needed to stay focused on storytelling, not spreadsheets.

🌟 Growing with the Industry
When Christina Quynh joined TPH Global, she brought solid accounting experience – but quickly found herself learning a whole new world in film production payroll.
Now, as an Assistant Accountant, she manages payroll processing, reviews contracts, and ensures everything runs smoothly across complex projects. It’s a detail-focused role that requires serious organisation and clear communication.
“Film production industry to me was the unique blend of creativity and organisation,” Christina explains. The constant variety of projects – each with its own rules, schedules, and payment structures – keeps her engaged and always learning.
But her journey didn’t start easy. “When I first started working in payroll, I found it incredibly challenging,” she admits. Watching colleagues navigate contract templates with ease made her question whether she’d ever get there.
With time, she did.
“I was entrusted with handling the project that once intimidated me,” she says. “As I worked through them, I developed the same skills and confidence I once admired in my colleagues.”
At TPH, Christina has sharpened her attention to detail, mastered juggling multiple contracts, and learned to solve problems on the fly. She’s now confident handling payroll for even the most complex productions.
Looking ahead, she’s excited for where the industry is going: “I’m excited about the potential for greater collaboration across different regions and projects, as global productions become more common.”
Christina’s journey is a reminder that growth comes from leaning into the unfamiliar – and that behind every great production is someone making sure people get paid, on time and with precision.
